This is a solution for any business or developer to provide instant communications to customers, users, employees and other stakeholders. Chat Center is a Cloud Service - enabling Chat Names that can be expressed as URLs. It is also an iOS App (web and android coming soon) enabling a Chat Center user to receive inbound chats on their smartphone from customers who “Click to Chat” from a web or email link.
